Exploring the Marsh, among the condos, in the middle of Torrance

The city of Torrance has without a doubt, some of the most unique and beautiful residential areas of any other city in the Los Angeles area. You can find upscale estate type single family homes, more traditional homes in traditional all American neighborhoods, sitting on tree lined streets, hillside homes overlooking the city and the coastline running along the north slopes of the Palos Verdes hills, beachfront homes that face the Esplanade and Torrance Beach, condominiums in many different locations and settings, town homes and wonderful apartment complexes. All this comprises Torrance real estate. Some of the finest municipal parks are conveniently located throughout Torrance and many in the middle of residential neighborhoods.

Some of the nicest condominium complexes, all gated offering full security are located in the middle of the city, just across the street extending several blocks from the Madrona Marsh, which is located at Sepulveda Blvd. and Medrona Avenue. Many middle priced and many upscale condos are available offering a wonderful standard of living for the residents who live in them.

These condo communities are probably some of the best kept secrets in the entire south bay community. They offer pricing to fit just about any budget and offer all modern amenities and conveniences and are all walking distance to the Marsh and all are only a few blocks east of the Del Amo Shopping Mall.
